Your videos may be viewed and otherwise accessed by others, and associated metadata (e.g., titles, closed captions, descriptions, tags, etc.) may be viewable by others. You may choose to limit the availability of your profile and videos.

Securing Personal Information

PerformaMatch utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we obtain to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Your credit card number is only used for processing payment and for no other purposes.

Except as described herein, PerformaMatch will only disclose personal data without your permission when necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; respond to authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities; or protect PerformaMatch, or the personal safety of PerformaMatch employees and other clients.

Retention Policy

Please be advised that you can request, at any time, that PerformaMatch delete your personal data. All requests must be directed to the contact as described at the bottom of this webpage.
